I applied to xoom to deliver some cash using paypal this past year. Afterwards, someone employed my paypal and xoom and delivered nearly $1000 to somebody in Vietnam. Fortunately, I observed soon and attempted to make contact with xoom. These were neither skilled or useful within the all factor. Lastly, I acquired finished solved through Paypal and BOA, however it was lots of trouble. For protection, please avoid xoom.
