Very delayed money transfer

I had been amazed how rapidly the very first time (July 1) that I delivered cash the deal was completed exactly the same time within a few minutes. Consequently, I applied Xoom again on same situation as 1st deal; sadly, the 2nd period (Oct 6) the transaction is getting times! Actually, cost continues to be in procedure, despite Xoom removing the money April 7. It's no March 9 - but still waiting

We ship cash towards the Philippines to assist relatives, esp at the moment of calamity. But why do we've to become in the mercy of organization like Xoom. Xoom SHOULD re assess its lifestyle like a business!
