They just keep charging

Please support. The corporation retains getting me for products they don't send me. I delivered to get a trial-size of the complement, did not enjoy it and also have been attempting to quit them since for charging my charge card each month. Please inform me how to proceed about them. I'm attempting to record them for scam. I named my charge card organization plus they inform me that they can quit these costs but each month there they're again and below I'm confirming them again.
