I received my letter yesterday. It has no street address and no zip code. It does look legit but I know better and decided to check it out first. Nothing is on BBB but when search the web found on Rip Off. How many people have received this letter? Has anyone called the phone number? What do they say when you call? Also, the letter states that you must call them within 36 hours.
