Unauthorized use of my CC

I created the error of answering their Television advertisement. They delivered me not just the introduction container but another entire car purchase ($119). Which make me angry and that I named and terminated my account, delivered items back at my cost within the first week of Nov. Well, a week ago I observed a cost in my own bank account for that quantity above and that I sent them. Their customer support wasn't great. Yesterday I obtained their car shippment purchase via advantages for $119. Obviously I had been warm

I called them plus they explained that I'd need to deliver the purchase back as "Unauthorized Bundle" after which they'd credit my bank account which may consider 7/10 times! So that they reach utilize my cash for 3/4 months! The individual (Nancy) I spoke to yesterday stated she'd simply terminated my bill!!! #$ They employed my card without my agreement and that I need to feel the difficulty of discovering an USP today.

Incidentally, there is no apology out of this organization.
