Easy Fortune 500 Profit, charged my cr cd $69.95 12/29/08 w/o tele # for return or request refund

I was sent a cd a few days ago form Opportunity Knaux. Since I didn't recognize the company, I didn't open the package. Then in the mail today, 1/12/09, my MC cr cd stmt arrived with a $69.95 posted 12/29/08. No where
is there a cust svc tele # or email address to contact for a refund. I don't want the cd nor did I recall having to pay $69.95 for anything. I would like to request a credit back to my cr cd and I am willing to return the cd.
