Terrible customer service

We've financing through M&I Bank. We skipped a cost were looking to get swept up. Each time we named in, we were informed the vehicle would be acquired. This type of person worse than credit enthusiasts or telemarketers! They'll NOT allow you to log off of the telephone. CAUTION: DoN't conduct business with M&I Bank! They handle you prefer trash in the fall of the cap and attempt to change you within the telephone.
