Easy Saver
Unauthorized charge

Last month I made a purchase on Pro Flowers website, I was offered the easy savers program which I refused 3 times. Somehow a $ 14.95 charge appeared on my Bank Statement after I refused this service. I could not find them on Yellow Pages.com. So I goggled them on internet & found this site. The girl on phone was very kind & apologetic, & offered me a full refund, but I did go for the gugular to start, threatened to call States Attorney General & report Easy Saver & Proflowers unethical practices I did not give them a chance to turn down my request after reading blogs on this page. Thank you for your help:)
