Will not return deposit for card

Exposed the consideration having a $200.00 deposit to Orhard Lender, in 2007. Restriction of $200.00. I never didn't spend the entire balance owed each month. There have been decrepancies regarding overdue fees and overlimit charges, that we protested and didn't spend. As a result of this, I terminated the consideration on 8-23-08. I've delivered two communications to HSBC (one certified email) and voiced to many individuals concerning the return of the $200. Deposit. The November and Dec claims delivered to me includes a CREDIT stability of #38.02, since they're getting the costs in challenge towards the deposit, although there's no notice after I may get the $38.02. I'm due $200.00.
