Collections for a supposed bad check

This type of person scams!!! And that's being nice. I've obtained many characters from their store declaring that I returned a check in a Toyota Dealer in a that I've not really existed set for 5 years. Apparently this check was for $400. Ummm, let us notice... The only real company I actually did with this specific dealer was the purchase of the vehicle (and that I honestly do not remember what I offered them to get a deposit, however the check certain as hell did'nt rebound) and some small support issues (gas improvements and material)

And So I get these characters, i contact the dealer just-out of attention and shock, they've simply no report of any selections steps against me for something. I actually donot have that one vehicle anymore, it has been such a long time. They did obtain that I send them a duplicate of the notice simply because they were somewhat interested regarding who had been trying to gather debts utilizing their title.

Certain they toss around a myriad of scary vocabulary and bare threats like "legitimate motion, justice and my personal favorite "publishing negative inspections is just a crime in %. (complete their state below. Ummm... Therefore where's IT-NOT a crime to create negative checks?

Anyway, don't spend these clowns any interest or anything for instance. Don't actually contact them simply because they will simply verbally threaten and abuse you within the expectations of having one to spend your money. The state they're in Ny, but only a little study may let you know that they're not really a listed debt-collection broker within the state-of Ny.

Your very best guess would be to simply dismiss these freaks. I really get type of a chuckle after I obtain a notice from their website. Legal justice huh? Yeah, ahh get right forward.
