Don't know who they are, but I want my money back

I was online TRYING to apply for a payday loan, and never authorized this crazy company to debit my account for $149.95. Now I am racking up NSF fees of $32 each time they "attemp to collect a debt" that was never authorized by me. I don't know who they are, where they are located, or who they THINK they are.

I live on a fixed income of disability with two children ages 2 & 3. I can't afford to have someone take money from me that I don't have. I have called the 800-685-9354 number that was provided by my bank, and have been hungup on 3 times after being put on hold. I finally reached a real person who said they did not see an account in their system and would research this matter and get back to me.

That was 3 days ago and I am back to not getting a "human" on the phone. I only have a few days to fight these people, as my bank told me I had to go to the company first, then I can fight it through the bank only after I get no satisifaction from the company. I want my money and my fees returned!
