Runaround ripoff

My home loan was sold to fairbanks capital corp. I never recieved a payment book so i made my jan. Payment to my original loan holder, which i never had a problem with. Fairbanks sent me a letter in feb. With a address in phoenix az. To send my payment to.

I sent a cashiers check by overnight us mail. On march 4 i get a 7am call from some thug who says he is collecting a debt.

I ask him what debt he says what debts do you have and how much. He then says i am three months late on my house payment. I told him there is no way i just sent a check. I couldn't take this rude punk anymore so i hang up and call customer service.
