Bought my Business, and didnt pay me, CROOK!

Hello,

I sold my business, Capitol Collection Services Corp., to Michael Griffiths on 8/30. But has been in default on his payments for over a year and owe's me over $20,000. I have hired an attorney and we are in the process of getting a judgement against him. He keeps lying to my attorney that he is going to pay on a said date and then we don't hear back.

He also states that he is liceansed and bonded when he isn't. I have also filed complaints against him with the NJ Department of Treasury, the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs, and the BBB.

This man downright stole my business and is still operating it. Please help me by not supporting this way of doing business.
