Graham Noble & Associates
Harrassment like I've never seen!

My husband is from the East Coast of Florida but has been on the West Coast for over 15 years now. Recently, his mother, who still lives on that side of Flordia received a message on her machine from Michael Bernstein with Graham Noble stating that he needed to contact him right away in regards to his "case". Shortly after that a few people he has not had contact with for over 10 years starting getting calls from this same "investigator" stating that it would be in the best interest to call this company back. At first we thought his may have been a debt collector but then his Mom contacted us this morning and said this same Michael Bernstein left yet another message stating they know where my husband works and if they need to they come to his workplace and escort him out and it could cost him job!

I started to wonder why this company was only contacting people on the other coast when he has 2 cars registered here on the West Coast and it wouldn't be hard to actually find him over here. Seemed to me they were
1. Working off of old information
2. Could not obtain the current information with out leaving some sort of paper trail.
Thus leading me to believe this was a gross case of FRAUD!
So I Googled this company and lo and behold I came across this website and see that same "investigator's " name in numerous other complaints!

My heart goes out those who gave out bank account information and I discovered that this company is currently being sued in the State of Florida.

If anyone out there has information on how to file a complaint against this company please let me know.in the meantime I want them to stop calling his elderly mother and to stop calling people his has not had contact with in over 15 years.
