Rude investigator calls from dallas county court disctrict name mr robinson and mrs morgan

I am informing everyone that they are still up to there RUDE tactis. I have been recieving a ton of numbers lately from the 716 area code. They finally leaving me a very rude message while I was at work which I have saved and formed it on to several other people for same measures. Thank god for voice mails!!! Anyways Mr Robinson informed me he was a investigator from the DALLAS County Court District telling me on voice mail that I need to contact him a serious matter which I am involed in. The only reason Why I called was because he had left detail information a my voicemail. Thank god he is calling me. There is no where on my voicemail message stating who I am etc...

That is what brought me to call him back right away. When I did call the young woman who answered the phone had no phone skills and did not even mention the name of the place I was calling. I had to ask where I was calling just to verify it was the right place. Please Please do not make the same mistake I did. They had scared me so badly... Only because they had so much information on me. I had already give check numbers etc... If they call you... PLease ask for a BOND number.in the state of Texas they must have a BOND number to collect any type of Debt that is owed especially if it is a legal one.

After several phone calls and being hung up on several times I got a Mgr by the name of Donnell Evans. Who was just as rude and very unprofessional at all. When I had asked them to cancel all transactions and fax me a copy a letter stating they had cancel the numerous transaction he became rude and basically kept telling me he had wiped them out of the system completely. I informed him that if a transaction hits by bank - That the legal department at the Bank will be contacting him Because I no longer give you are or any other department in your buliding permission to remove any money from my bank account. This of course made Mr Evan even more pissed off, he started yelling at me saying all these horriable things are going to happen to me etc... I had to basically hang up on him because I could not get a word in at all. Please in any state you are in LOOK up your Attorney General's OFFICE website there is whole bunch of information on debt collectors / credit managment etc... To help you out!
