Payments returned in June, now facing foreclosure

I had my share of trouble with this company, to the point where I just gave up. That was all I could do. They are now foreclosing on my home. I tried hiring an attorney, but he seems to be working for Fairbanks, not me. Fairbanks started sending my payments back in June.

They said I was in default. I had canceled checks, but that was not good enough. You are screwed and there is nothing we can do about it. It is too late for me, but I wish the best for everyone else who is dealing with them. Good luck, all.
