Well, it seems as if the FTC finally stuck it to Good Ol Randall Leshin and Charley Ferdon. The most amusing part is the FTC discovered their sham Debt Management Counseling Center Inc (DMCCI) company that operates in the same building, using the same equipment and staff as Express Consolidation... Because it is Express Consolidation.

Please be aware of who you dealing with. Even though I have moved into North Carolina I have been watching this company to the best of my ability. Why the FTC didn't shut them down I don't know, but the large sum of money they are forced to pay I am sure is hurting badly.

This is simply a consumer warning. Beware that Debt Management Counseling Center Inc (DMCCI) is Express Consolidation with a new sticker over it. Buyer beware you are wasting your money.

If you would like to inquire about how I know this, I am a former employee of the company that stayed after the lawsuit and was eventually laid off. Don't waste your time or money on this scam or dealing with these dishonest people that the federal government had to track down like dogs.
