Harrassing phone calls

The corporation Usa Recovery Program continues to be calling my 9-year old kids mobile phone. After I named them back these were really rude, one-woman hung-up on me after I informed her she was just 9. The following man would not tell me something until I supplied him having a telephone number such that it might be put in their program to recognize their request, and so I hung-up on him

This really hurts, she's just 9 and it has a pay-as you-go telephone, therefore these flipping calls are charging her everytime they contact

What do I really do? Please recommend.
