Calling neighbors on street

One-woman who operates for that organization continues to be calling us. She's been rude and harassing me that I'm not looking after my loved ones since I have won't cope with her so when I tell her my spouse has gone out of city and that I can't make-do something without him because it is in his title she moves down on me again. Then my friend calls me and informs me the lady and also the company has named her and questioned if she understood us and stated she was calling for an immediate issue and certainly will contact everybody on our road. Is that this legitimate? Or even what do I actually do this really is boderline psychotic.
