JCPenney changing due dates (charged $29 late fee)

I seldom utilize my JCPenney charge card. I created a purchase on Blackfriday (day after Christmas). I had been pregnant and due on December 15th. Therefore at the start of Dec I experienced and settled all my expenses but since I have did not yet possess a declaration from JCPenny, I recorded into my bill online and also the deadline was 12/31/08. I settled the statement entirely. I received my declaration also it exhibits the deadline of 12/30!!! They transformed from what it confirmed online early in December. Total SCAM. I'm writing towards the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Trade Commission, the Greater Business Business, and my Attorney-General's Workplace.

It seems after performing some looked online... There has been additional current grievances of the same scam occurring to additional consumers within the last month. This can be a prepared plan and it is SCAM by JCPenney and its own charge card (GE Money Bank).
