I have been trying to contact them

Business & Finance

I was contacted by this company because my loan is in default. For a year they have been taking money out of my social security disabilty check. They are aware that I'm on disabilty. I have been trying to contact them by phone and all I get is a dial tone. I want them to send me a document to take to my dr. As of now there is now way for me to contact them, and I beeive they are purposely making it hard to contact them so they can coninue to take money from my check. This is a hardship for me because with all the cuts, I now hae to pay for my hmo coverage.
Do anyone know how to get in touch with these people, I live in NY there for I cannot reach out and touch them. Please hlp me.
