I sent them 500 dollars to negotiate a remodification of my mortgage. Sent the money then never heard from them again. They do not return calls or reply to emails. If you try to call them you will ALWAYS get a voicemail. They are ripping people off in desperate times for many people.
I figured out you can negotiate a modification directly with your lender for free! I waited three months on Apply2save, decided to try it myself and had it done in 30 days. They will not refund your money, they take it make all kinds of promises and then ditch you. If you are considering them, don't do it! They are a fraud!!
