Lousey mortgage company. Held 3 year adjustable rate loan went for payoff. They jumped prepay up 2%.. Wont do any thing about it. They quated at rate loan was taken out in. Then adjusted note 2%. Screwed us 1500.00 on prepay. Do not deal with this company...
