U$ave Realty Appraisers
Under appraised my house. Said the house was sitting on a concrete slab, infact it has a crawl space. Called brand new high energy effiecent windows "average" compared my house to others that were not anywhere as good as mine

First thing I didnt know was that this appraiser was hired by the company doing my refinancing and because of that, this appraiser wouldnt give me or my wife any information on the appraisal at all. Even though we paid for it and it is my loan, my house, he ignored my wife's pleas.

Second, he did a quick walk through and of all things took a picture of our shower curtain, Like that was important, and yet never noticed that I had a crawl space because he put down it was on a concrete slab.

Third, he tagged windows that I just put in as "average" These windows are high energy effeicent; transferrable life time warranty windows proffessionally installed throughout the house.

Fourth, the other houses he used as comparison were of no comparison to my house. There were no houses that had an acre of land as does mine. There were no houses that had a 30 by 40 garage (of any shape; much less being built 3 years ago) (By the way he called this "average")

Fifth, I emailed him and asked him to reappraise this property correctly, and he doesn't respond to my attempts to resolve my complaint.
