This is the most ruthless company in the USA, I would hide my face if I worked there

This company only tries to do things to make someone life miserable. I even had a so called supervisor by the name of Scott tell me to shut the "F" up on the phone. This company had made a mistake and taken insurace claim checks and cashed them and applied them to a home loan and then sent the people renting tthe home a letter saying they don't owe anything until Jan. 2009.

After I had them correct the claim mess-up so the contractor could get paid which he hasn't yet (He should start calling them everyday like they do everyone else.) They then decided that the letter they had sent out saying theses people didn't owe any money until Jan. Was wrong and that they were behind three months now and had they nerve to tell me they were going to foreclose...

This is one of the worst companies to deal with I know of and it needs to be stopped. The employees are terrible and they act like they own every person they talk to. I only know if I ever talked to anyone like that... I would hope someone would come up and kick the (you know what out of me).
