Manipulating Deposits and Debts to Charge more Overdraft Fees

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for about 2 years now. They keep manipulating my deposits and debts so I get charged overdraft charges when the money was there to cover them. All I get in response from them is "thats policy".
They always tell me that the manager will call me (she is always on the phone when I go in to talk to her) then she never calls me. They hold my direct deposits till Tuesday of the following week. They don't post my cash deposits for over 24 hrs. If the rest of us did business the way these (I hate to call them people) do then we wouldn't be in business!
They need to be stopped! I'm a single mother of two and I can't afford to keep giving them half my paycheck!
