I was convinced I had the money

I received a call from a Matt Price stating I was approved for a $5,000 loan. They got $684.16 for collateral payment in order to receive $5,000. I then received a call on Saturday from a Dennis Crown asking for another $684.16. Due to the 2nd review from the insurance company. I told them I didn't have it, He then stated my money would be refunded to me by Monday at 5:00pm and I call the number as well as tried pulling the website up and it does not work anymore.
