Ripoff! Paid $159 got nothing New York

This company called me and said i was guaranteed a visa and mastercard for 10,000.00. All I had to do was pay 159.00. Well they deducted the money from my account Oct. 12 2002.

Well after 2 months of not receiving the package that would arive in the mail never came. I called them back and they said they were backed up due to the holidays. At that point i told them i wanted my money back and they said i would recieve it in a few weeks. Well that was in Dec. 2002 and still never received the money back or the package at this time.

Since the time this has occured they have changed phone numbers it use to be (416) 850-1760 when you call that number they give you the new number which no one answers.

I have asked them several questions about a web site they said it was down at the time and would be up in a few weeks. I asked them to call me when it was up. Well no phone call. So everyone beware and don't get scammed like i did.
