I figured it was a scam too

I figured it was a scam too, but didn't find out more till I googled the name and found this site..

I don't have the best credit on the planet, but have NEVER paid an up-front fee for a card. I sent them back their business reply envelope [as i always do with unsolicited junk mail] and got a letter from them today requesting my $37 membership fee. What part of NO do they not understand?

At least you can send them back their junk so they have to pay twice. Once to send it to you and again to get it back!
