Debiting $119 from my checking account each month for the last 15 months and has not paid one bill. Wrote to me this week to say they can't help me unless i provide letters from third party creditors

Ghs has about $1700 of my $ has paid no bills told me that in order to help me I must provide third party credit demand for payment. Last year when we signed up none of this was told to me. We have been paying since nov. I am going to contact ag.
