Option One Financial Group Instead of paying debts like they promise, they steal your money! Ripoff

I contracted with Option One Financial Group to help me get a handle on some debt. I have paid them over $200.00 in fees and they have only paid one bill, for $115.00! I have to contact them each month to pay the bills and then they drag their feet, until another mothly fee comes out of my account, which then drops my balance to low to pay the debt. They charge me $3.00 to receive my funds, monthly maintenance fees, transaction fees, and any and all other reason they find to charge me. None of these charges were disclosed to me at the time I signed up for their help.

Option one blames everything on Global Client Solutions, and Global Client Solutions blames everything on Option One. I have requested a bill be paid for the past week and a half and nothing has been done. I have then asked that all funds be released back to me and my account be closed, still nothing. I have copies of each and every email correspondance I have had with this company.

If I am needing help paying some of my debt, then why would I pay more in fees to this company, than I am paying to the actual debt??? This company is a complete scam, they won't return calls, and they have now stopped responding to my emails. Do not use this company, you will pay twice as much in fees to them than you actually owe to your creditors, and you will still have to pay your creditors!!!
