Withdrew payment from my checking account after I specifically told them they could not

This company called to ask for my permission to withdraw funds. I said no. They wanted payment in full. I told them that I didn't have it and offered a date (1 week out) that th. They said that this wouldn't work. They then asked if they could get 1/2 of their payment. I said not today.
