Leadership bonus scams

I have very good work ethics and very good business sense. I recently was laid off from my job and immediately looked for something that would help in between jobs. For the first time ever I looked for a home based job. I joined AVON for the small business investment. So I worked 50 hours a week at it. I pre ordered like I was trained to help boost sales. I took all the online courses they offer and I recruited for new representatives. All of this to find out how I wasnt actually informed on all the percise rules to earn bonuses and commissions. Which contrary to popular belief isnt listed anywhere on any pamplet information that you receive about your "Leadership Opportunities". And isnt spelled out in any training on the online training courses and there isnt a person that trains you on any of this either. Very misleading because by the time you find out the "Rules" you are beyond qualifying for the bonuses anyway. Become a representative there is great products and why not shop at a discount. Just dont get involved in leadership regardless of the district manager promises!
