Ripoff nonauthorized credit card and bank charges

This company is under investigation for illegal bank debits to a customer account. The victim was lured by a misleading radio ad which promised to help her obtain a non-secure credit card. The victim furnished CIC with her bank account # for the fee. When the victim recieved her bank statement she discovered the "fee" was much higher than advertised and she had been charged three times.
After viewing this website it appears CIC has many victims. If all these victims will file a report with the Secret Service or have their banks do so it may creat enough complaints to warrant action by the S/S. The wed site is: www.treas. Gov/usss
