Bought my account info and charged monies to my account without authorization

I have never requested or recieved anything from this company and discovered they have withdrawn money from my checking account. I have tried to call the number that is in my account with the transaction and have been put on hold for 15 minutes at a time and then they hang up.
I have called them many times already and it is the same thing everytime. I have to close my bank account to get them to stop charging me. I will continue to try and reach them with the number that I have for them and do what needs to be done to stop them and also to help close them down permanely from ever doing this again to others.
