Jessica with vanderbilt told my father that she would intentionally ruin his credit, and make it so he could not do anything with the property except pay it off. When my dad attempted to pay off the loan, vanderbilt made good on their threat. Now with my dads health failing it is our belief that someone at that company has their eye on the property for thenselves. They are in the position to manipulate the banks, and other agencies to their advantage. I am not sure why the practices of this company are not being investigated by the Department of Justice at a federal level. Makes you wonder who really benefitted from that bailout.
