Breach of Contract

I paid the Firm $4,500.00 to negociate with my morgage companys. After 5 months there was nothing done. I am in the process of negocating myself. Citi bank, my second morgage has come to an agreement. The 1st Lender Countrywide wants $5,000 up front money. Money I wouldn't have to come up with if The Firm would have done what they were paid to do. They've taken my money and ran. The BBB has enquired on 2 occasions to ne avail. I am Now a permant disabled vest. The stress the Firm caused had made my diabeties worse and I had to have part of my foot amputated. The firm Has and F rating with the BBB. I want my refund of $4,500.00 plus and further damage. I my lose my home because of the firms not doing there job.
