Unauthorized CC debit - Fraud

I'm writing to state my total discontent and outrage with GoogleTree.

On 12/04, I activated to get a trial offer package for GoogleTree.com. They charged my charge card for $3.88 to get a beginner package, however for my shock I never obtained neither the login / code to gain access to their site for that allegedly "free trial offer interval" neither the beginner kit via email.

Therefore, I believed an issue had happened and also the consideration have been cancelled out. For my shock (again), my charge card was billed one more $72.21 on 12/11/08!!

I had been surprised!

I called the organization, so that as anticipated they stated that I ought to've named in TWENTY FOUR HOURS to protest that I'd not obtained my login / code. Normally, they recognized I needed to continue plus they had the best to cost the regular charge.

A monthly charge for what!?!? Something which never arrived!!! Additionally, how may I understand this since I have never got something? And "remarkably", they stated they might not return the extra $72.21 cost.

I googled them and there are lots of grievances about that organization. They're a toooootal fraud!!! Please avoid the corporation
