Lowered credit limit

I simply recieved a letter today 12/13. How come my credit limit lowered and where you all lowed it now its nearly maxed-out. Therefore i'll work with paying the whole damn thing off and not use it again, and that iam sure the may pleanty of individuals who should to hear about this bullshit!

I'll aloso be calling lowes comparable thing and you will be taking my bussiness elswhere.
