I did so another mortgage in March with Quicken Loans. I told the appraiser that used to do not need among my 2 acre lots about the mortgage. I told them there is enough collateral with my house and also the 4 miles the home rests on. I offered the lot that I requested them-not to put a lein on. Affirmed the two miles had a lein positioned on it without having my understanding. It was found 9 months before and that I still haven't obtained a partial launch of the property. I'd not suggest Quicken Loans to anybody. It had been mentioned about the URAR the ton under consideration wasn't be incorporated about the 2nd mortgage. I'm likely to contact my attorney to obtain the launch. It's a disgrace this may be the method that Accelerate snacks there clients.
