Credit Service Division ripoff

I received a card from the abovementioned company and called to activate it on 02/18/03 at approximately 3:45 P.M.

On 02/19/03 I called to cancel activation and was told monies will yet be taken out of my account.

Monies are not due to be taken out of my account until March 14.

I explained to "Lyle" I was not interested, and wanted to cancel, he then in turn says there is no way he can go into the system to delete it.

I called in plenty of time for this to be taken care of and was told they will continue to run an ACH until they get there monie. Something needs to be done and quickly.
