Terrible pushy agents, lie about costs. Get as much as they can from you. Trying to make my current mortgage better to weather recession and these people are just predatory liars. Gave me an appraiser from michigan. I live in Indiana. Comped my home to 2 tiney half the size homes as mine. Wouldnt use other homes within a half mile. Had appraisal done with another company and it was 100k higher. They just use cheap high volume unknowledagble people and hope high volume makes up for there inaccuracies / Use with caution. Cost me 500 bucks and i still havent got the appraisal or my money back. Glad i left got much better rate and costs elsewhere with an appraisal that was near to what i thought my home would be worth. What a bunch of rip off artists
