Excessive fees

A very good friend gave me a gift card for www.onegreatgiftcard.com. There were 9 pages of fine print on how to use it. I did not realize they charged $2 per month after one year. The card eventually expired and then they could not just deduct the $2 per month fees and re activate my card but they charged me $15 to send me a new one.

I did end up with about 50% of the face value of the card. I called the service rep and was placed on hold 2 times for 20 minutes to speak to the supervisor.

I definitely would not use this company for a gift card.
