I acquired a phone today out of this same Max Cotter having a really large accent stating that I'd removed a pay day loan and declined to pay for it back. He kept looking to get me to confirm my social security number. I kept telling him that I wasn't confirming any info till he explained who he was, what he desired and who he displayed. All he kept saying was he displayed "regulations firm", but could not tell me the law firm's title. He then continues to inform me my tackle, my mail and my company's title. He explained that I had been likely to be acquired on Friday with a regulation official and taken up to the court-house to become imprisoned. I had been likely to be billed with check scam, robbery by deceit plus some additional phony clutter. Which my work would be informed of "what I'd completed". After I told him that I had beennot speaking with him any more till he might supply me with a few kind of paperwork and evidence that I'd actually completed business with this specific organization, he put up. I attempted to contact the amount back and that I got a saving stating the Verizon wireless quantity I dialed has possibly been transformed, disconnected or isn't any longer operating. Please be careful when people phone declaring to become collectors. I believe he was looking to get the remainder of my own info for many type of indentity theft plan. Be familiar with who you give your info to!!!
