Retard from India tried to Rip me off Los Angelos

This retard called my work and left a message that this was a legal matter he needed to urgently discuss with me. I attempted to call and inquire. The phone cut out almost every word he spoke. I let him know I would not speak to him until he got a normal phone.

After I hung up on him several times he decided to call me from a phone I could understand him. First he wanted me to verify my social security number. I refused. I asked him who he was and what company he was with. I refused to verify anything until he proved to me who he was. He told me the name, a social security number, an address, my work number, and read off an old account with the routing number. Thank goodness it's all changed since 2006.

He told me he was part of a collection company asscociated with William & Scott Law Firm. He told me that his company put funds in my account and wanted me to explain why I had not repaid it.

I continued to argue with him that he was incorrect and that he needed to prove to me that I owed a loan and prove his company before I would cooperate. I offered for him to e-mail me with this proof and I would call him back.

He continued that he would not prove anything and he would see me in court. He told me I lost my opportunity to pay this debt and his attorney would call me shortly. I told him to give me his attorney's phone number because I wanted to talk to him. He told me no that it was not my attorney to call it was his. I then accused him of lying about the attorney. He then advised me not to use that kind of language with him. I told him he is retarded and that I did not curse him, I asked him a question. He then told me he would not accept me talking to him in that tone of voice and that he would see me in court. I told him great, I couldn't wait for my husband and myself to see him and that I think he was lying and trying to commit fraud. How dare I... After that he had enough and hung up on me.
