Sending product that was not order and charged without authorization

You sent me item that I DID SO NOT PURCHASE!!! And charged me $44.90 0n 11/13/08 as well as billed my consideration on 10/29/08 for an order used to do not obtain as well as used to do not purchase. I'll be delivering you stuff back and need AN OVERALL TOTAL REIMBURSEMENT on both costs made. That s not right delivering people items that they did purchase and charching the records without agreement.
