Ameircan Credit Educators credit card scam rip off scam con artists

This company worked with a phony credit card company called promising a credit limit of an automatic $400. What is in the small print is that you will also be signing for a so-called credit education course which costs $300.99 Co-incidentally along with the cards membership and finance fees you'll be left with NO credit on your new credit card.

When I complained and sent the course back, actually the same day that I recieved it, they never honored their 30 day return policy either.

The credit card company eventually went belly up. But not after removing it's deadbead rating on my credit report.

ACE now began hounding me for the $300.99 dollars which they say I owe, because, of course they have no record of my return of the course.

Oddly, they were fine with me until the Credit card company disolved.

They are now listing my as a bad credit with 2 of the big 3 credit bureaus who refuse to demand a signed contract from them to prove the debt.

To make matters worse they claim to now have sent my bill to their very own collection department and will re-enter the debt giving it an additional extension in how long it remains on my report.

It's been 4 long years of battle and they continually come up with something new.

I owe them nothing. They have failed to honor their return policy.

As for any education, I don't know what was in the little box that I returned, but I've learned a great deal about dishonest predators whose only lesson is in extortion.

I won't pay. Don't you sign anything without reading all those tiny little barely visible sentences that go on endlessly on the reverse of any sheet of paper.
