I too was deceived!

Back in November I got a call from Lenox Capital. It was a bad time because I was distracted doing something else, and I wasn't thinking clearly as to what the "offer" was.in addition, there was a tremendous amount of backgrond noise and it was very difficult to hear the women and what she was saying. Unfortunately I heard I was "elligiable" for a credit card of my choice with a credit line of $2500.00.

I've had credit/debt problems for the last five years and I was hoping this would be a good opportunity to re-establish my credit record. BIG MISTAKE.

I never got any varification information, contact name, address, phone number. I have no way to track them down. If anyone has been able to get in touch with these criminals, I'd apprecitate knowing how to contact them.

Well true to their work, they took $221.95 out of my checking account and to this day I have nothing from them. And based on what I'm reading I'll never get anything. For me in my current situation, $221.95 is ALOT of money. If anyone can help with any advice or direction, I'd appreciate it. I'm going to contact my bank and see if they can help get my money back.
