Rip-off

Upon receipt of a phone call which insured me I would receive a visa credit card, with a one time only fee of $221.95, I proceeded to allow the company (Lenox Capital) to withdraw the amount from my savings account.

It was promised to me that the card would arrive via U.S. Mail, within three weeks. It has been eight (8) weeks now, and I still have not received my card. Only to investigate and learn that vthis has happened to many people. Please contact me with any information you may find to help me retreive my money.
