Scam Payday Loan Malta

I fell victim to this online payday company as many people seem to have. I took out a loan to make ends meet until my next payday. Unfortunately, my car died and I didnt have enough money to pay off the loan. Nora with the company refused to make arrangements with me and I alrdy had did a reloan not knowing the other loan did not clear. To make a long story short I called them and tried to resolve they refuse to assist.instead they waited until the day before Thanksgiving and took over $2,021 from my account. After I wrote lettes canceling or revoking my agreement and requesting payment arrangements. They had some bogus address in Malta and apparently no real address will be given out. They attempted to redeposit the amounts Again and Again. Started threatning me at work and calling my Payroll Department. I reported them to FTC and have not heard back. I also filed a claim with my bank and sent copies of the revoke letters to my employer. The company is unethical and has no standards. The Federal Law clearly says that if a person can not repay it is against the law to not allow them to make arrangements to repay in a reasonable time frame. I was so stupid to take out an online loan with a company I did not research on. I gave them all my information with no hesitation because I was so strapped for cash. Had to pay my bills, feed my kids and have transportation to work. Now I pay the price. Please do your research and be careful of this company. I have been scammed three times, well two so far and almost with another one called Fairway Financial Group.
